  • Summary: The existing five domestic gates will be upgraded to accommodate both international and domestic flights. The project will include upgrades to the interior of Boarding Area F, a consolidated baggage handling system, a sterile connector to Boarding Area G and the replacement of the full façade of Terminal 3.

  • Summary: Corporate headquarters of Apple Inc. Located on a suburban site totaling 175 acres, it houses more than 12,000 employees in one central four-story circular building of approximately 2,800,000 square feet.

SMUD East Campus Operations Center, Sacramento, CA

  • Value: $119 Million           
  • Building Area: ~300,000-SF

  • Summary: Construction of five-story office building, fuel/general storage areas, maintenance space, shops and fleet parking. The project is LEED Platinum certified.

Calaveras Adult Detention Facility, Calaveras, CA

  • Value: $60 Million
  • Building Area: ~118,000-SF
  • Owner: Calaveras County
  • Architect: PSA-Dewberry
  • Summary: Construction of 76,500 SF detention facility to house 240 inmates, and 42,500 SF Sherriff’s administration building with supporting facilities – 911 call center, evidence storage, radio tower communications, etc.

SFMTA Radio Replacement Project

  • Description: Replace and modernize SFMTA’s radio communications system with Intelligent Transportation System which will incorporate up-to-date technological features such as expanded data transmission and simulcasting.

  • Summary: 583 units in four Type III apartment buildings over two below-grade podium garage levels on a 5.75-acre site. Two of the apartment buildings will have an additional two Type I concrete levels above the podium totaling seven levels.

Sutter Women and Children’s Hospital, Sacramento, CA

  • Value: $800-Million Lump Sum
  • Owner: Sutter Health

  • Summary: The new, eight-story, 395,241 sq. ft., 214-bed, Anderson Lucchetti Women’s and Children’s Center (WCC) is designed to be one of the leading pediatric and women’s health centers in northern California.

CDCR Healthcare Facility Improvement Program

  • Summary: Project scope across 33 California prisons includes a combination of additions and renovations to existing structures and construction of new health care facilities. Improvements are being made to the medication distribution departments, primary care and specialty clinics, emergency services, health records, laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, health screenings, and health care administration.
